Teorik olarak \u015farap\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7in Elmal\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7ok uygun oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 cinsler cabernet sauvignon Merlot.syrah,kalecik karas\u0131, \u00f6k\u00fczg\u00f6z\u00fc, bo\u011faz kere, malbec, pinot noir, pinot meunierdir. Beyaz \u00fcz\u00fcmler ise chardonnay ve sauvignon blanc se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. 6 y\u0131ld\u0131r b\u00f6lgede ke\u015ffedilen b\u00f6lgenin eski cinslerinden ac\u0131 kara \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fc bulunmu\u015f 200 ya\u015flar\u0131nda olan bu ba\u011f k\u00fct\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden g\u00f6zler al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve 15 d\u00f6n\u00fcm alana y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde kurulmu\u015ftur.Hedef b\u00f6lgeyi kendi cinsi ac\u0131 kara ile tan\u0131tmakt\u0131r. \u00a0\u00a02007 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u011flar\u0131n i\u00e7ine \u015fato usul\u00fc modern bir \u015faraphane kurulmu\u015ftur. \u015eato usul\u00fc yerinde yaln\u0131zca kendi ba\u011flar\u0131ndan elde etti\u011fi \u00fcz\u00fcmlerden \u015farap yap\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. \u00dcz\u00fcmler yedi ya\u015f\u0131na gelinceye kadar ba\u015fka \u015faraphanelere sat\u0131lmakta yeterli olgun ya\u015fa geldi\u011finde kendi tesisinde \u00fcretime al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.
